When leading traditional biscuit manufacturer Farmhouse Biscuits was looking for a solution to their High Speed Access Door requirements between departments they turned to NVM.
A North Valley Metal Engineer attended site and not only surveyed the access areas, but discussed with the client the needs of the business which then enabled us to recomend the right solution.
Using Ditec Smart & Sector Rapid Roll Doors, NVM installed several doors into the Food Processing, Warehousing and Packing Departments at the Lancashire based facility. NVM also provided and installed Remote Control Systems to the Fork Lift Trucks, ensuring a safe and efficient solution to moving products around the factory.
For NVM, it is more than just selling a door. We believe the best outcome is achieved by talking to the customer and understanding what they need. In Farmhouse Biscuits case it was Rapid Access that was restricted to Fork Lift Operations, but with an option to manually override the system.
