MOTORS

NVM offer a comprehensive range of tube motors from a 45mm 50 N.m model to the hefty 92mm dia 230 N.m heavy duty model, accompanied by a complete range of crowns and adaptors to suit all tube sizes.

Motors are fitted with an internal brake and easily adjustable limits.

All tube motors carry the CE and TUV marks and are manufactured using only quality parts including steel forged gears, heavy duty tube body and steel crowns.

Each pack includes Mounting Bracket, Crowns, Adaptors, Limit switch regulator and Hand Winding Adaptor

Safety Brakes

NVM offer a complete range of external re-settable safety brakes meeting all current safety legislation.

Brakes can be supplied for a weight capacity of 150kg, 200kg, 500kg and 900kg. mounting plates and brackets also supplied. All safety brakes are manufactured to CE Quality and carry CE and TUV marks

Flange Motors

NVM have developed a range of flange motors and flange motor kits in both single and 3 phase supply. Kits are available in either drive chain or drive gear options and range from 310 N.m to 765 N.m.

Drive chain kits include built in chain break device in case of chain failure, and hexagonal motor shaft for increased strength and reliability. Platewheels, Sprockets and Bearings are included and come pre-assembled on the endplate mounting.

Drive Gear kits are provided with a keyed motor shaft and include 48 or 66 tooth drive gear, keywayed pinion and Bearing, and also come pre-assembled on the endplate mounting.

All kits also include a 12mm thick steel drive adaptor, dummy end, shaft and discs to suit 5” x 51/2” tube and dummy end plates pre fitted with flange bearing.

Controllers

To compliment our range of Tube and Flange motors, NVM stock a competitive range of electronic controllers, receivers and UPS’ for fire shutters. All receiver kits include wall mounted remote controllers and fob controllers. All our fob controllers comply with current legislation and incorporate a sliding cover to prevent accidental operation of the shutter. Controllers are available in single, dual or multiple channel and receivers operate on Single Phase enabling easy and speedy installation.

NVM also supply a range of Uninterruptable Power Supply (UPS) Units specifically designed for Fire Shutters and doors that require emergency power in cases of mains failure.
