NVM are one of the country's leading suppliers of Fire Exit Steel Doors, Personnel Steel Doors and Fire Rated Steel Doors and offer a range of both Standard Stocked Steel Door sets and Made to Measure Bespoke Steel Door sets.
Our Made to Measure Bespoke range of Steel Doors, include, Timber Core Doors, either Single or Double using 1.6mm Zintec over a Laminate Board, Acoustic Steel Doors, with variable frame depths to suit the wall thickness and Louvre Steel Doors, in either fire rated or non fire rated styles.
All North Valley Metal bespoke Steel Doors are offered with a comprehensive range of Hardware, including Sash Locks, Panic Furniture, Digital Locks, Door Closures and Friction Stays. In addition, NVM can offer a range of vision panels in a choice of glass types including GWPP, Laminate and Pyroglass, Returns and Side Panels in either solid or glazed options and a range of Threshers to suit internal, external or disabled access.
NVM also offer Fire Certified Steel Doors that conform to BS 476 and have achieved a rating of up to 6 hours for both Single Steel Door sets and Double Steel Door sets. To complete the range to the specialist door market, North Valley Metal can supply High Security Steel Doors certified by the Loss Prevention Certification Board and meet LPS 1175 Security Ratings up to Classification 4 using ASSA High Security Hardware
To compliment our range of Made to Measure bespoke Steel Door sets, NVM also offer a range of standard Stocked Steel Doors avaialble in 890mm or 990mm width options and supplied with stainless steel Hinges, Threasher and anti-jemmy bolts, and are supplied with Jacking Bolts.
Our Series 1 Fire Exit Steel Door range uses 1.2mm Zintec Steel with a Dufaylite Core Infil and is supplied in a Single Rebated 1.6mm Zintec frame and comes fitted with an IDC 757 Panic Latch.
Our Series 1 Personnel Steel Door range uses the same specification for the Leaf, Core and Frame, and is supplied complete with a SashLock Set, Lever Handles and Double Europrofile Cylinder or Cylinder & Thumbturn.
Series 1 Stocked Steel Doors are supplied in a factory finish Etch Primer, and Powder Coating is available.
Our Series 3 Fire Exit Steel Door range uses 1.2mm Zintec Steel with a Fire retardent Rockwool Core Infil and is supplied in a Double Rebated 2.0mm Zintec frame and comes pre-drilled and supplied with a Briton 376 Panic Latch or Briton 378 Panic Bolt
Our Series 3 Personnel Steel Door range uses the same specification for the Leaf, Core and Frame, and is supplied complete with a Multi 12 point lockset, Stainless Steel 'D' Handles and Double Europrofile Cylinder and separate Thumbturn.
Series 3 Stocked Steel Doors are supplied in a Goosewing Grey Powder Baked Polyester finish and installation kit as standard.
