North Valley Metal specialises in manufacturing and supplying a wide range of components and related security products to the Industrial Door and Shutter trade.
Our facility is well equipped to produce gears, sprockets, shafts, steel bearing blocks and discs etc., along with an extensive range of machined castings in grey iron, malleable iron and aluminium, using modern CNC machines for turning, milling and drilling. In addition, we are key suppliers of Tube Motors, Electronic Controllers and accessories and Steel Doors.
Service
We believe in serving you, the customer, with good stock support to meet the fluctuating demands of todays production needs. Production is geared to quick turn around of orders, large or small, and is capable of supplying bespoke replacement parts for urgent breakdown repairs on a next day service. None urgent goods are despatched using a competitive local transport service or where possible delivered using our own vehicles.
Finishing
We offer a variety of metal finishes, including electroplating, electrostatic powder coating, chemical blacking and hot dipped galvanising.
All our castings are produced to British Standards BS1452 1977 and BS2789 1973.
Our bespoke Steel Doors can be manufactured to LPS Level 6 and our Fire Rated Steel Doors carry rating cretificates up to 6 hours.
Our Tube motors and electronic controllers carry the CE and TUV marks
