The Project based in Bolton required the manufacture, supply and installation of bespoke single gates, drive gates, wall-top railings and railing panels. NVM also manufactured and installed frames to accept wooden panelling for the dividing fences.

North Valley provided significant project management and liaised closely with the architects, Broadway Maylan, in all aspects of design, security and safety.

A pilot scheme, the Shepley Avenue Great Estates Project was highly commended in the recent Civil Engineering Benefiting Communities - the Community Award 2008.
